My application is in Coma i mean in Process for quite some time now.

I see the $ Conversion but with Application Date rather than actual date of the conversion

Today I submitted my Wife's IELTS score TRF to Immigration.Documents@ and received a reply saying Thank you for the document but SINP OID do not require Spouse IELTS Scores and should we need anything .....

In general, is In Process a good sign to start with ?
and based on collective experience how long does it take for it to change ?
