I have a question,
1. Trying to apply for SINP, OID, this is the website i found, is this correct?

2. Do i need to register with IRCC's express entry as well?

3. SINP OID is closed now, so when is it expected open?

4. Do i pay $300 when i submit my application or before?

I am trying to apply for SINP, OID. So the time of submission we need to pay $300CAD. So is it necessary the candidate pay this money or anybody can pay behalf of the candidate? Pls reply

You try to send ur application ever day and u will get an opportunity to submit ur application suddenly. This is the only way to apply OID.
