They have been investigating my case for more than 3 months for fraud in reference letter. They asked for explanation and I have given the same.. Its has been a long wait and I still don't see light at the end of the tunnel.

Initially when I asked my Employer and Clients for reference letters in Canadian format they refused to it.. Later after Ii got rejected I approached them again and explained my problems.. They reconsidered and gave proper letters..

This made SINP suspicious of my intentions and asked me to explain how an employer can give letters in different formats where roles also differ a bit, They think I an trying to alter roles to suit NOC.. I provided an email trail as proof that I was trying to set things right.

I applied with indian format reference letter. Everything mentioned in that. They considered

I think there view is different, first u applied for noc code 2174, now u have applied for 2171. Hope that's the issue. But we need to hope things would get cleared for them.

American Employer and client.. Employer held my Visa and gave 2174 because he did not know exact roles. Client who knew my daily activities to later revised it to 2171.

After months of investigation my application is back in process.. Awaiting results with fingers crossed.. I have not missed a single document that is required.. POF is also furnished properly.. 10 months and waiting
