You should have got email from SINP that you have been nominated. Do you have photo copies of the letter use that

havee you applied for SINP? EE or OID?

from your above message seems you already been nominated.. therefore while applying with CIC , the nomination letter from SINP must be attached.

.. your all documents have been returned means you are paper based applicant..

resend your documents NOW with the copy of nomination from SINP..

Dear bhagoboriavi,

I am confused. You have applied for SINP or CIC? If SINP then Occupation in Demand category or Express Entry Stream?

You can only apply to CIC (manually by sending physical documents for final PR) once you get your nomination from any of the province. Otherwise CIC will not entertain your application.

If you have applied via Express Entry then you must have received ITA prior to it if you have got your SINP express entry nomination + Express Entry profile with your points.

As per my analysis they are nominating applications based on following things:

1. Completeness (all documents required are attached or not)
2. Accuracy (whether attached documents are as per the requirement or not. I mean if attached bank letters then are they valid?)
3. Age + NOC + 18 years or below child coming with you (They need young people in Canada who is accompanying children which makes them stronger to apply). I can also bet that is the reason they have age wise points system too.
4. Education / ECA (applications with ECA certificate even for OID accelerate the time for them to nominate. ECA means they don't need to check your degrees thoroughly)

Though these are not official but still I strongly feel these are the main reasons of any application to be selected faster / slower or rejected.

Parth, I agree with 1, 2 and 3, but you are strongly wrong with number 4
Look at this:
You must provide the degree/diploma/certificates
and corresponding transcripts in order for our office to
assess your education. We do not accept Education
Assessments in place of the required documents.
This is a part of the additional documents that they requested from me. Please do not confuse other applicants with false statements.

Hi delpi,
Your status does not change and remains in-process. You have to check your application (settlement funds screen) to see when the funds have been converted.

Hi Friends,

Today my application's status changed to "Application nominated with information to Nominee". What does this mean? However, if it's nominated then why I haven't received any email,from the system about the confirmation and next steps.

They requested for docs 2 days ago which I sent the very next day except my daughter's passport as she is jut 2 months old. I did mention this in the email and added that I have applied for her passport but did Send her birth certificate. The next I.e. Today I saw the status changed to "Application nominated with information to nominee".
