Have you submitted the form?
If yes then I have read it somewhere that they have accepted 3 months old form
In that case u have to submit latest bank statement. send them upfront in email and ask to attach it in your profile
If you haven't submitted the form then I would suggest you to prepare all your forms again and update that

Quick question, How do I sign the Schedule A background form and the rest of the forms? Do I need to print it and sign it then rescan it? the form doesnt allow me to make a digital signature using adobe.

Yes. Download, print, sign, scan and upload (or email).

I have completed the generic settlement plan. Do I need to send this to them to be uploaded? Also, can I use the Retirement Savings Account statement as the proof of fund?

You have to wait for SINP to ask for documents. They will identify missing and required documents and request to send . you don't have to send it now. You cannot attach it once application is submitted.

i am Zobaer. My father name in ssc and hsc certificate muhammad but in passport md. i'm not principal account. is it any problem for apply in SINP?

No problem, you don't need to submit ssc and HSC certificates.

It could be a problem because if your SSC and HSC endorsed as Muhammad then obviously on bachelors degree or masters the same name is mentioned. And only initial ex. Md is mentioned on passport then it could be an issue. So what I would suggest you is better to ask saskatchewan as mentioned by ashuindian.
