Hi Binny,

Its sad to know about your case. I guess its a matter of both bad luck and little bit of unmatched JD for System Analyst. Considering this province getting so many applications under SINP OID (bcoz of an easy category compared to others), you need to be spot on with everything. Just make sure that JD for atleast your last 2 jobs/3-4 years of work is very close to System Analyst(see an example below which I took from somewhere!). Just try to be short and concise and make sure that it doesn't confuse the decision makers.

• Analysing and evaluating system program needs;
• Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and
technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards;
• Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in applications to ensure programs and applications perform to specification; and
• Writing, updating and maintaining technical program, user documentation and operational procedures.

Refrain from saying something like reporting/meeting "senior System Analyst" to finalize something.

I have got this reply:

Thank you for your query. If you believe the SINP has made an error in your application assessment, and you wish to request a secondary review you must provide the following:

- Send a signed letter to the SINP requesting a secondary review within 45 days of the date on the refusal letter you received indicating your application was not approved.

- In your letter, you must clearly state your grounds for review. You will not be able to add new documents or information to support your application at this stage.

- The second review is based on the information contained in your completed application. If you have new documents or information, you will have to submit a new application to the SINP.

If the SINP receives your letter within the 45 day period and the letter contains the required information, then your application will be reviewed by a different manager and you will be notified of the final decision by email.

I request experts .. what should i do? Do i request a review? If yes, can i reapply my application in feb or so?

Don't think ever about second review, too lengthy it is. Send your duties here to know exact NOC . After that, if their email reply will favourable, attach it with new Application and go for next intake. Here is the email address :-
NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca

Yes Manvir, we can change our duties and reapply... there are many candidates who got rejected at first attempt due NOC mismatch.. they have been considered later on.. For example: Sabareesan on immitracker..https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/sinp-saskatchewan-international-skilled-worker-tracker
He was rejected due to NOC 2171... reapplied in next intake ... he has been nominated in August.

In my opinion there are 50% jobs you have mentioned matches with 2171 where you asses stuffs and consults with clients and the rest of them where you are directly involved with the testing ( doing yourself) is matches with 2173. Dont put those 2173 jobs right at the top of the list better if you can cut down. 2171 is more into not that technically involved rather into consulting, observing and auditing point of views . I hope you get my point. For example you dont troubleshoot you may see the report of the troubleshoot and identify the core cause etc.
plus 1 to you for intelligence
