Dear Friends,

I am posting this question again just for clear confirmed reply from those senior who have authentic confirmation, Seniors please confirm

A paper based applicant (SINP OID) need to meet the criteria of FSWP (67 points) or not at the time of submission of his application to CIC?Huh
i am getting different answers so confused, any senior who was not meeting FSWP 67 points criteria and even then got visa can confirm same to clear the uncertainty please.
