SINP OID Occupations In-Demand List has been updated in 4 JAN 2018, and many NOCs have been removed:

Does this change affect the applicants of 1 JAN 2018 Intake?
Or it'll just affect the coming next intakes?

Same here. I also have applied under NOC 2241. It is also removed from list

I am planning to apply under NOC 2175 for SINP but the but it shows "Provide documentation from the Canadian Association of Information Technology Professionals (CIPS)" does this mean that we have to get experience evaluated by the associations mentioned ? How much time and what we need to get certified by them ?

you are not expected to apply if your NOC is not in the list.

Your application was referred to and has been put in the queue of the SINP Program Integrity Unit (PIU) for further review. Please be advised that this review may take an extended time and in the review the PIU does not provide status update or respond to any status inquiry. If additional information or if any 3rd party (e.g. your education institution, employers) verification is required, you or the 3rd party will be contacted.

Once this review is complete, your application may be returned to resume eligibility assessment, or concluded by the PIU in which case a decision will be communicated to you.

What does that mean . Please tell

PIU is an investigation agency. When SINP is more skeptical.
