Docments of proofs of 12 months living must be availble Since he is living there from last 3 years (1 years as student and 2 years on work permit )and he got pr in july 2019. My question is that the condition of living from 12 months is for "after pr" or not ?
It doesnt mention that they have to be inland as PR for 12 months. So its good to attach his PR copy along with 12 months proof of other documents.

I checked as soon as I received this email. No attachments in that section. Anyways nothing can be done once application returned. Next I will submit another EOI and will wait for ITA. In the meanwhile I will also check for other PNPs.
Hey ArgGo, did you manage to resubmit and did you get another ITA?

You need not to worry for this .sinp award points for any experience within last 10 years.if you are unemployed now ,it will not effect your application.

There is no re-submission. Once the file is returned, EOI application will be automatically back in pool for the draw unless it is marked ineligible/refused. So I should just wait for another ITA for 68.

Oh, I see, all the best, 68 is a good one, SINP seems to have gone back to multiple selections per month which should bring down the points soon :)

What will be the procedure in case it is marked ineligible or refused. ? For example if the application returned due to proof of funds ?
