Good morning people, pls I'm in a delima.
I got sinp pnp few days ago.
I have ECA for my PhD which I graduated with June last year. I also have seven years working experience as a banker so I claimed 7 years in the EOI and also ECA for PhD which is one year old. I also have an aunt in Sask.

A telegram post ITA group I joined informed me that I have to get ECA for my Bsc and Msc for me to be able to claim 7 years working experience, that my PhD will only give me one year working experience. I want to confirm if this assertion is correct pls.
I believe that your PhD is in line with your UG/PG - but most importantly in line with the job your are doing. Meaning the PhD and the NOC in which you claim 7 years you claim of experience match. There is no clause that I have read stating that your work experience post your qualification only would be considered. Since you have received EOI I think you should go ahead.

Ok.. thx for the reply.

For DOB, we have provided additional documents such as
  • School leaving certificate
  • Driving licence
  • PAN card
These documents are accepted only when you are not able to get govt issued Birth Certificate. Also, you have to get a Non Availability certificate from your corresponding Birth and Death office, stating that my Birth was not registered and the certificate cannot be issued.

Experts, correct me if I am wrong

Birth certificate in our case is in native language. So, we got it translated to English and provided certified copy of the original, translated copy and affidavit by the translator.

The only issue was it's missing the name. Hence, we added an LOE explaining the case and also attached additional documentation for name.

All I received an ADR for an experience letter from a different person in my organization. The tough part is that they are looking for 3 payslips for every year I worked in the organization and bank statements reflecting the same. Has anyone faced the second part of the ADR. I can get bank statements but not payslips as they don't save older payslips beyond 2 years back.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor of Laws; and
Postgraduate Degree: Master of Laws in International Trade Law.
(Both degrees have WES evaluation certificates).
NOC code: 1242 Legal Administrative Assistant
Work experience: 6 years as a Legal Administrative Assistant and my job's duties also match with the job descriptions in NOC 1242.

Scenario:
My Bachelor's Degree matches with the job experience I have in NOC 1242 but my Masters Degree does not match with the job experience I have.

My questions:
1) Can I apply to the SINP on the strength of my undergraduate degree as a Legal Administrative Assistant?
2) If I claim points only for the undergraduate, will the SINP say I miscalculated my points downwards?

Can someone please advise :)?

Get it in writing from your HR in an email and attach it with LOE.

Even I received the same ADR. To addition to the above ADR, I am also asked to proof my intent to stay and live in saskatchewan as my brother is living in ontario. Submit latest POF from August 19 to 20.12.19

It's dated 21st but reflected only evening today. Email went into spam and I did not expect them to proceed on a Saturday. Staring 21 I have 10 days. Unfortunately lot of holidays and vacations from HR and company in general.

That’s the biggest challenge to get anything from HR at this time if the year,, also did you check with the bank how far they can provide bank statement? I guess maximum 7 year in India, did ADR asked payslips from your previous employment or current employment? Also for the time duration asked what documents you initially submitted to support your experience?

In my application, the button "move back to part 1" disappear today, it only left "view invoice" & " view my correspondence", anyone knows what does it mean?
