Me and my wife are NRI since 2002 and never stayed in India more than 60 days in these many years. Is it required to get PCC from India or only from the country of residence is enough?

i ask as my case is handled by my representative and i dont have direct access to OASIS.

Yes i did.. only after accepting the nomination. Your representative will have to accept and then you'll recieve the email.
