BTW, I have received the invitation trough SINP OID (No Job Offer) and I don't have an express entry profile. Do I need to wait for CIC ITA after getting my Nomination from SINP?

I’m not an expert on OID to be honest.
Below is the process after nomination for SINP OID.
If I understood correctly you need to apply via IRCC upon nomination by SINP.
They will send you clear instructions, just follow it and everything should be fine.

i have received ITA thru SINP .... but my NOC (1241) does not match with my qualification(Bsc non med,MA English)...will that create a problem?

Do you think it is wise to apply for PCC even before nomination? I heard usually it takes to obtain PCC from Chennai / India.

I am asking this because I have to get from Kuwait (Place of current residence) and from India.

Any suggestions ?

Getting a PCC in Chennai is quicker and easier but its valid only for 6 months, why would you want to get it before nomination. I am not sure what is the validity for Kuwait.
