I have 3 questions.

1) Is transcript required as requested under Education or should I just attach my ECA and BSC?
2) My passport expires in April 2020. I have applied for a renewal. Should amend the date under birth date and address or I can proceed as it is?
3) What are the major requirements for Part 2?

1) Attach everything requested. Transcripts, Degree Certificates, ECA
2) Provide details as per your current passport, you can update SINP later once you receive a new passport.
3) Family Information, Uploading for Forms 5669 & 5406 for spouse and PA, and IMM 0008 for PA, PoF

M a newbie here..pls help me out by resolving my query.i want to apply under 4033 noc that is of education counsellors. As per educatiional requirement on cic site for this noc ,it requires a bachelor in education degree. Although ,I have this degree but consultant is saying that Saskatchewan is rejecting applications with this qualification and is demanding for masters in education rather..my query is that is this an authentic assertion by the consultant???as masters requirement is not mentioned on the site..consultant is suggesting me not to apply,should I go with his words or apply without thinking much.

The whole Canada thing is point based, if with bachelors degree you are getting more than 60 points out of 100 then you are eligible for SINP. Also as your qualification is in line with your work experience SINP will not reject your application. What matters is that your NOC should be in demand and your total points.

what kind of dependent his wife and kid is. they give you 3 options on the form.
TYPE A
TYPE B
TYPE C

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Where to upload supplementary for travel 5562e

where to upload imm0008_4e Schedule 4 Economic Class Prov. Nominee form?

Did you find any answers for this. even i am not able to find any place to upload these?

Wife is not a dependent and kid below 18 is type A dependent.

For wife, you would be selecting spouse in relationship and it doesnt require you to choose dependent type. For childrens, choose the type as suggested by CIC below.

Type A

The dependant is under the age of 22 and single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).

Type B

This dependant type only applies if your child’s age was locked in before August 1, 2014.

The dependant has been continuously enrolled in, and in attendance, as a full‑time student at a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent either:

• since before the age of 22, or
• since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22)

Type C

The dependant is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22, and is unable to provide for himself or herself because of a medical condition.

Try to see tutorial for NOC code from official website and find definition of education requirement s

Thanks. I already tried that link. It keeps giving me an error message when I download, "PLEASE WAIT", stating that if the contents does not show I should upgrade my Adobe reader, which I have done and I am still getting the same result.

Also, in trying get the the form on SINP site I clicked ADDITIONAL DEPENDENTS/DECLARATION. How do I delete this screen as it does not pertain to me and the option to delete is not showing.
