Hi everyone.
Since you guys are experienced in filling out the SINP application can you pls guide me as i have just received my invitation on 10th Jan' 2020 abd i am currently filling out the application. Following are my questions for experienced member of this forum:
1. After receiving the email- how many days do we have to fill in the info and submit the required doc (like birth certiifcates, ethical forms, etc.)?
you have 60 days
2. In the employment section, do we need to submit the job description signed by the respective compnay at this stage ? or it will come later?
It needs to be submitted while applying for SINP as well as at federal stage post nomination
3. In the settlement plan, its just a simple download (after fillinf in yur info) from IRCC website, we just need to attach it, right? Or is there something more to it that i am missing?
It's the one you get from IRCC website... answer all questions, print the settlement plan and attach it
4. Birth certificate from hospital is accepted, i dont have the govt issued cetificate?
It's the one from government that would be accepted. If you have the one from hospital, it would take hardly 10 odd days to go to the local municipal ward and get a certificate from them.
5. can i just download my monthly banl statement from the webiste and attached it ? or i need a propoer stamped and signed statement from the bank? Also, my current account is chequing account in the application option?
You can use the online statement but it needs to be stamped and signed from the bank... Take a print of the statement and go to the branch, they should sign and stamp it for free... Checking account is accepted as far as it's in your name and has the requisite amount as minimum balance in the last 3 months before submission.
4. lastly a generic question, if i miss something the officer will ask for that misisng info from me via email and not outrightly reject my application.
This depends on the type of information missed. if you miss documents which have been stated clearly in the requirements, then I have seen cases getting outright rejection. but if it's a missing link in the documents or the immigration officer needs more clarity, they'll ask for ADR. check this link for required docs if not already done so - https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/applicants-international-skilled-workers/international-skilled-worker-saskatchewan-express-entry/required-documents-for-saskatchewan-express-entry
