dear friends,

does IELTS validity required till end of visa process?

I am in SINP PNP and after nomination file is in process at IRCC ..bio-metric done, waiting for medical.. IELTS validity will end in October 2021....do i need to give IELTS again?

If yes or No then ...anyone have opinion or past experince about this then reply and specially i am in search of official IRCC link or document clearly shows about this rules please share...

I already wrote through web-form but they are busy with important task and can reply for some specific queries only.

No, Once your IELTS was valid at the point of submission/AOR, you do not need to write another

Oct-Nov 2019 got invitation from SINP draw
sent doc in Dec....2019
may 2020 got ITA
sent doc end of august 2020
got receipt in may 20 April- may 2021
biometric inv. in may 2021 and done in July 2021
waiting for medical

Have you been nominated yet? It’s so stressful to watch timelines stretch even when everything is open or opening, 2020 was exception agreed but even now increasing timelines is just adding to the stress overall

I think its okay, the main purpose of PNP for you is to live and work in the province in order to work and pay taxes there, dor your son, its okay since he will be studying anywhere else. althought that's a point of view.

Sept 2020 sent for work experience verification (email to one referee, current manager, keeping him in CC and mail to another one keeping "To" whom reference i did not provide and he was an ex. manager)
Reply made by current manager as referee and another one could not reply as he is not able to use company's email due to his resignation in 2017 instead of him one of colleague made a reply giving details of my job and salary at each position as per consultant advice.
Since than no reply
I am in tremendous anxiety

and if good relation with your organisation then ask them to forward email which they received and they have given answer to them...

make pdf and send this clarification in webform if you got email from IRCC or send details to SINP official email

if you get email from SINP then send them followup request email and if through IRCC then request them for update through webform

but this should be done at last stage when no hope...wait for some months ..meanwhile collect all email and data and prepare pdf of it if you experience and all are true...

Sinp mail to senior officials of my organisation one of them is my referee as noted above.
They did not mail me.

I am at SINP Stage (Nomination to yet receive)
My consultant inform me that the long waited files of him with SINP are rejected due to lack of Income Tax Certificate.
I m worried about that I did not submit Income Tax Certificate and SINP did not ask for income tax certificate in their ADR but in my experience certificate it is noted that Income Tax deducted from the monthly salary.
