Hey, See your Immigrant visa will be valid till the expiry of your medical OR your passport which ever come first so the expiry date of your immigrant visa will be associated with your medical OR passport expiry as i mentioned and you need to land before that,

ITA: 17th October 2019
Submitted 13th Nov 2019
In Process: around 17 Dec 2019
ADR: 31August 2020 - gave ten days to submit
ADR submitted : 7 Sept 2020 (status: submitted)
After 10th Sept 2020-17 Sep 2020: Submitted past due date
Status Returned to In process: 17 Sept 2020
Awaiting nomination.
Does anyone had similar timeline? Please share by when can I expect a nomination. This wait is killing me.

I got the SINP ITA in the 9th Jan 2020 draw. I have submitted my docs and the status is uder review. Today i got an email from express entry saying that my EE profile has expired. I need to create a new profile and that will have a new EE number. Sadly, my SINP PNP process is happening on my previous EE number. pls help.

My EE profile got expired too in the middle. You need to create a new one and update SINP about the new EE number and job seeker validation code. This will help them to send the nomination on your new profile.

NOCs are very important. Please go to the SINP site and see there last 5-8 invitation rounds ..try to analyse the pattern for NOCs..this will help you to understand the probability..
