My details-
NOC Code-0601
ITA received through EE profile on Nov 12th 2019
Submitted application on 10th Jan 2020
status changed to in process on 25th Aug'20.

My ADR status changed to "Submitted Past Due Date" today. Sure hope it goes into process soon. Application status is still "Waiting on Applicant".

Brother no update on my file. It will change by this week. Normally it take 2-5 days after submission of ADR but at the safe side you also emailed them about the information of documents submission and status.
