I guess application submitted in the month of dec have started receding nominations. Am I right ? Any idea about noc code ‘1221. Is there anyone with this noc code here who has received the nomination ?

Would you mind sharing your timeline. Because even if it is more than a year then there are chances that status could change to ineligible. But I know how traumatic it would have been after a long wait. Don't worry everything is for something good.... God has the better plan where humans cannot comprehend. Please call them and check for the reason for ineligibility.

But does more than a year rule apply once the profile has received ITA and submitted the documents?

During this draw SINP seems to be very choosy on NOC. This this they invited just over 500 applications in both streams. I believe they will be very stringent in their checks.

I have already provided them my salary certificate, hope that will work. Trying to gather more docs

Ok, at least you have something to show, so try your best to gather the documents by sending emails, FB post, queries to government organization how you can get labour contract as you dont have anything is possession, and keep the records of all that struggle as a proof and once everything is ready (even you dont get the requested documents) submit all that proof of communication with the clear justification letter along with all the correspondence to them as you able to only get ABC document and you tried with other sources but in vain, at least they will know that you have tried and unable to get them.

It is always recommended to attached the justification letter for the additional documents, if you able or even not able to get them, do not just put the email coomunications and all your chasers in PDF, ensure to mention that in the justification letter that this specific email pertains to this specific query, this letter is my old certificate as you dont have any other proof, etc.
