Dear all,

I have 2 inquiries:

1- after receiving a nomination and preparing for the PR application: should I request from my employer a new signed reference letter? or submitting the same reference letter i submitted earlier in my SINP application is accepted?
2- should I also submit the same employment proofs I submitted in my SINP application? such as payroll bank statement, to whom it may concern statement, insurance letter, ... etc? or only a reference letter is what is requested by CIC and nothing more?

Ahmed: In my point of view:

1.request the new reference letter and submit the old and new reference letter, it will increase your credibility.
2. Submit as much proof of employment as you can, it will bring confidence to your immigration officer.

Hi, I have requested MOHRE but they refuse as my visa comes under Free Zone and the free zone comes under TECOM.
My HR asked TECOM but tecom also refuse as I am an inactive employee as my visa already cancelled. Unable to understand how and from where I can get these docs

Hi Ahmed, Everything should be updated with new dates on it, try to avoid submit the old docs which you submitted for SNIP nomination. Best is to submit all the updated version, thats what i did.

I am not a consultant but I travelled a lot, so on basis of my experience, do the following action:

Send an email to your employer with all documents and request them to verify for originality. Send that verification email as a proof to SNIP

I hope you and your employer get that decline response on email. kindly send these both email as a proof to SNIP.

Make a copy of entry and Exit stamp with UAE visa and show that at that time period your in UAE and send them all as a proof as well.

Write an explanation letter with all provided evidences and ask them if they want something which will help SNIP, you are readily available.

Hi Guys,
Need your advise.
Today I received ADR request where I have been asked to submit
1. "Verification letter from United Arab Emirates Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation indicating my employment history with a letter bar code number on it"
2. "Original copy of all the signed employment contract from UAE Ministry of HR and Emiratisation for which I claimed work experience".

I am confused here what exactly is required, I have already submitted my offer letter plus the experience certificates. Do anyone pls suggest what to do here, thanks
Hi Sandeep, i think i am getting the points right, ... so for me i submitted my Labor Contract which was issued from MOHRE (almost every other private company in UAE who doesnt fall under Freezone / Government / Semi Government entities ) have to get the Labor contract signed and stamp, for you the scenario is different, so i think you need to convince them that your company doesn't fall under MOHRE jurisdiction hence you are unable to provide MOHRE raised labor contract of work experience but you have to provide substantial proof to backup your case.

So, if i am in your place, i should have provide them your company Trade License you work with, It obviously says that its a Free Zone trade License and your company has established in the Free zone area, and you need to search the official links on net where it says that Free Zone doesn't falls under MOHRE Jursdicition and you can provide that weblinks to them, also you can write a clarification letter that this is the whole scenario hence you cant provide anything from MOHRE as they are not linked with Free zone system,

last but not least, I am unsure how the official contract system work in freezone, for sure you might be having the official contract which has been signed by you and accepted by Freezone authoirty and based on that you have got your visa, you need to pull out that contract in order to support your case.

Let me know if you require any help or adivse.

Thanks.

One more advise please, I worked in UAE for 10.2 yrs in operations for which I have chosen NOC 1212. After I am back in India, my profile changed from operations to branch banking and working as a Relationship Manager. SINP asked me to provide job duties of my current job, my current employer agreed to provide but only as per the duties of my current role which not matching NOC 1212.

Will SINP consider it noting that I claimed my experience only for 10 yrs according to 1212. I hope they will not reject on the basis that my current duties are not matching with my NOC.

You need to get a reference from your Dubia workplace if your claimed primary NOC is operations. There must be a reference letter and other work experience documents covering your period in Dubia.

Folks,

I got ADR under Basic Review.

ADR Text: "The work experience documents submitted with your application do not meet all the SINP requirements. You have indicated that your employer(s) cannot provide this information. Please provide at least two additional documents that would support your claim that you have work experience in your intended occupation with this company.
- Employee State Insurance (Medical Insurance);
- Work permits from all periods of employment which occurred outside your country of citizenship
- Any additional information that will benefit the SINP in the verification of your work experience such as samples of your work and emails from your employer."

I'm currently in India, have 10+ yrs of expr with the same company and have also worked outside of India.

For work reference, I had provided a reference letter (notorized) from a colleague along with Company ID card, Offer / Joining / Promotion letter, Payslips, bank acct statement showing salary deposits, etc. And for one govt issued doc, I had provided Form16A (which shows Tax deposited with Govt and is issued for from TRACES system of IT Dept of Govt) along with similar tax document from other countries. Not sure if that got counted as government issued document.

Now for #1 Employee State Insurance (Medical insurance), since I don't have any govt/state issued insurance card, I'm thinking to give UAN card from EPFO portal. Like many big companies, Our company too has its own trust for Employee Provident fund. Hence, I don't get to see any PF statement on EPFO portal. However, the profile shows entry for employment with current company and the same IDs for company and me are also mentioned on PF statement that I get from company's portal. So along with UAN card downloaded from the EPFO portal, I'll also give screenshots of profile details. And list of Exempted Establishment that have private trust for EPFs which has mention of our company.

Regarding medical insurance, I can provide eCard issued by the current medical insurance provider.

For #2 work permits, I'll provide work permits for my deputations outside of India.

For #3 work samples & emails from company, I'm not sure if this can be provided as we sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with company. I can, however, try to provide appreciation emails, award certificates etc.

I have time up till 3rd week of Aug to respond to this ADR. I intend to get to this responded as quickly as I can.

Appreciate your patient read.

Please review & provide your suggestions for each of the points above. Thank you!

Hi Sandeep, as per my understanding and extended research last year before applying to SNIP, i believe this is really wide area or you can say a grey area at the same time, so i will give you my example, i am working as operations head in insurance company but i applied under insurance manager which was 0121, as you might know under each specific NOC you will find a lot of professions, so it depends on your how you are providing your roles and responsibilities, if you were working in operations (in the banking field) and right now working as an RM now in the bank itself, you are good to go.
