We have received SINP ITA on 9 Jan 2020, submit all Doc’s on 5 March 2020, till date our file status is same “Application Received” with NOC:4021, So Plz tell me how much time it will take more to process? And also tell me is they give preference to NOC code or go according to the application received??

No one has clue how the SINP officer picks and starts processing, per this forum we do see people who submitted in dec 2019, is still shows status as “Application received”, irrespective of NOC hope only mid December submitted profiles moved to In process, would let experts to add more.

I was told the same on the call. However, status on portal didn't change.

In another conversation, agent told me that December submitted files are being assigned to officers / files are in queue with officers and it's upon officers when they do the change to the application status. Agent added that due to Covid19, there is delay in the processing.

So, it gives little hope that files are being assigned to some officer and it may get acted upon anytime..

Your application moved in in-process and your case officer never change the status. It happened to many members before

I received ITA on Oct 31st and my status is "Application Received" since Dec 26th. We are all on the same boat.

My guess:
a. If they complete December applicants this month, we may see March applicants going into processing in September.

b. If December applicants take longer than this month, then March applicants may have to wait 'til October or more.

The person see the status from internal computer which will be more accurate and updated. It is my point of view and why they have to lie with you. So I think they start working on your file

An Update:

I spoke to SINP agent today to check on the application status. I was told that your application is assigned to an officer.

I asked then why the status on the portal is still showing Application Received? Agent said it depends upon the officer processing the case. Officers pull in / are assigned set of applications and depending upon their work load, they may choose to update application status at different times.

Agent also said that currently applications submitted in Dec'19 are being assigned / processed. And also added that there is delay in processing due to COVID situation.

Did you mail them on your application status... because I suppose even yours is in inprocess since 26th Feb... Did you maintain fund for 3 months prior to your application. I am just trying to analyse why it is taking so long only for few applicants.

Hello everyone.
this is in regards to NOC 1311. If you have WES approved Bachelors in Business Administration (3 years) plus 10 years work experience in the related field (Accounting Technician and Bookkeeper) , will it be accepted by SINP? Or the educational qualification has to match the work experience?

Im also NOC 1311. But my file is “in process” since December 2019. I submitted my profile last Nov 5, 2019. ADR, Dec 9. Then my file is still “in process” today.
