My NOC is 2171 and I submitted on 4th November and its still 'In Process' since then...its been over 6.5 months. I emailed them twice but got the standard reply.

My NOC is 2171 and I submitted on 15th December and its still 'In Process' since then. I also saw View Personal Information Disclosure page in my application but now thing shows up while clicking it.

Nobody knows I guess. I scanned whole discussion but none knows what it means. It's just view only page.
