Please I got my mail yesterday Ineligible due to inadequate fund three month prior to my application.
I wanted to reapply for another EOI but its saying I have an active profile.
Please what do I need to do in order to be able to reapply for another EOI.
Please I really need help.
Am so sorry to hear about this... maybe you should give it few days for the system to reset itself.. please what time did you apply and how many months does it take them to respond to you that you are not eligible??

No nothing to worry I just took the chance because I thought its very strange criteria who holds that much amount for an indefinite period of time without knowing when to receive an ITA

You have got a very good score to get ITA very fast.. the ineligible application took around five months altogether before they took their decision. Best of luck in you coming application. I hope the required funding for your relocation is upto 3 months old in your account now ?? SINP want to see The required money in your account for 3 months prior to the submission of your application.

Now I am worried as 70% of my funds were from PF which were 3 months old which is fine but for 30% of funds , I had created Gift deed which was created one day before submission. I am now very much worried as my IELTS also got expired 1 month back. Not sure if they will reject my file too. But it was still in AR status.

Mine was selected at the score of 68.

File Submitted - 14th Dec
NOC -2171
16 years of experience in IT.
Rejected in 2017 SINP due to non submission of Ethics document on the portal.

AM not completely certain that they will reject your application due to deductions from your account after submission.. what is important is for you to have the funds 3 months old before submission. SINP don’t really confirm the balance you have in your account.. they work with the bank statement history you submitted to them. What you need to do now is , you should go fund your account back so that when they request ADR for your bank statement the money will be intact. ( my views though). Kindly when your application was rejected in 2017.. how many month does it take before they took their decision

Thanks for Reply. But how to fund my account back as I created the Gift Deed on 12th Dec and Submitted Application on 14th Dec for 30% of the amount. For remaining 70% of the amount will come from PF which I think it is fine as it was funded 3 months back before submitting the application.

In 2017 it was for 3 months when they moved my Application from AR to Process and in 5 days they rejected saying that you have not submitted ethics form. They could have asked for ADR but they straightly rejected it. At that time they were not taking 300 dollars as fees for submission of application. So I thought that was the reason they never asked for ADR. At that time, I had very solid application along with Proof of funds etc. But that was destiny.

Trying for PR from 2015.

Also, keep in mind that they will consider the lowest amount of your proof of fund in that 3 months statement.

So sorry about the rejection. Just try to create a new profile asap. Good luck as you forge along.
