I have a query about SINP OID category, how can I fill and upload all the necessary information and keep it ready for the submission when it opens the next time? I cant find any link for the same. Would be thankful if anyone can help me with this.

Hello folks,

I have a query on behalf of a friend of mine:

I have seven years of experience of mechanical engineer (noc 2132) and I would like to apply to OID of Saskachwen once it will open.

My noc 2132 is not on the list ,however, the closeset noc to me exists (mechanical engineering technologist 2232)...

My question is : can I apply to the closest noc as me exp. letters duties are very similar to the noc in the list...BUT my title in exp. letters is mechanical engineer WHICH DOES NOT EXIST on job titles of technologist noc 2232.

Will that work to the province ? If it will, is there a chance to get rejection by CIC in the next stage due to job title issue??

For SINP OID ...roles & responsibilities matter, that should match with NOC

Designation does not matter... if ur duties matching with noc code then happily u can apply

I am a mechanical engineer and have 8+ years of experience in production sector. Since my present job responsibility not exactly matches with existing SINP occupation demand list so I am planning to apply under NOC 0714(Facility Operation and Maintenance Managers) which also matches with my education and part of existing job roles. I have taken experience letter according to NOC 0714 responsibilities from my line manager. Would you pls suggest whether I should apply under this NOC 0714 or NOC 2232(Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians).

NoC 2232. But you have to change your Reference Letter Responsibilities/duties accordingly.

- You can apply for OID by stating NO in EE profile Number. And state that you hv previous apply for EE n provide application number in question hv u previous submit PNP application . It's ok. However, when they open your file for processing, they will ask u to drop one application. I hv done the same thing.

- yes u can attach both files at one screen. Give proper name so they can identify easily.

I have the same thing too but i applied with noc need license and it is first time to ask for license but i need to apply for oid with another noc similar to my job description too but with no license need
So can i did so and after submission i withdraw my ee file which i sent before.. Plz give me ur advice as iam so confused and afraid to be rejected coz of license in spite of i already started license procedure but it take a year long to be verified.

If someone passed with the same situation as me plz advice what should i do and if really they will reject our file although it is first time to ask for licensing and won't give us chance to finish it or they will give us and no need to send oid with no license noc once more

1)If a person is not eligible for express entry at a time of applying SINP OID and get nomination from SINP OID.Later stage candidate get enough point to be eligible for EE. Is it allowed to use OID nomination points in express entry after getting nomination ?

2) Please advise if I create SINP OID application in oasis portal ,can I leave some places blank and fill out later after getting remaining documents?or we have to fill the application at a time, after collecting all documents?

I have a brother who is a Canadian citizen has been living in Canada for 13 years. I applied under SINP OID of 4 October, 2016 Intake, and in the SINP online application I mentioned that I have a relative in Canad living in Toronto, Ontario which is a province of Canada other than Saskachewan. Someone told me that if your relative lives in Canada other than Saskachewan your SINP OID application may be evaluated negatively. What do you think? I have absolute intention to settle in Regina of Saskachewan. I am looking forward to viewing your comment.

Finally what happened to your application? Did they reject it since you have a close relative in Toronto?

SINP OID-Got the nomination on Jun 6 2016
AOR from delhi visa office received on Nov 8 2016.
NEW born in my family on Nov 11 2016
Got the medical request from delhi visa office on december 2016
under gone the medicals for myself and spouse and attached the new born birth certificate and passport and sent it delhi visa office
LVO requested for the child addition documentation and i submitted the required documents on july 14 2017
I am still waiting for the medical request for my daughter ,but in the mean time myself and spouse medicals get expires by Dec 2017.

Will they resend us the medical forms in case if they fail to make decision before the medicals that i submitted earlier expires?
