Can we do soft landing in different province (Ontario)if We are nominee of another different province (Saskatchewan)via Land border and return back to USA from Ontario?

As Ontario Land Border is closer to our place. Actually we are not planning to go Regina this time. We are planning to return from land border (Ontario) after activating PR. Final move to Regina we will do after few months.

We Will give our Saskatchewan relative’s address . Will it work?

Yes, that should be fine. You will be providing a mailing address from your nominating province for your PR card.

Not really even sure I understand your message but just a reminder, you did declare in your SINP application that you have made a commitment to live in Saskatchewan and so they will expect you to do that. I suspect it's okay to be out of the province temporarily while you get your affairs sorted, but you should be getting or at least starting to research where in SK or Regina you're wanting to live and move there as soon as possible after you cross over into Canada.
