why is your cic account "ineligible"? the nomination will add 600 points only after you accept it from inside your express entry profile. the CIC Express Entry profile is your primary vehicle to reach canada, the nomination is only the fuel to help the vehicle reach the destination.

Thanks for your response. Well my Cic account was eligible when I applied for sinp, but later on it became ineligible and just yesterday sinp issued me a certificate quoting my now ineligible cic number and job code. So I don't know what to do now?

You did not mention why your EE profile become ineligible, that will determine a lot.
However, without losing much time you can try this (assuming the EE profile lapsed because it was one year old):
- quickly open a new EE profile matching all details exactly as per previous profile
- immediately write back to the SINP (not CIC) honestly stating what happened and that you have opened a new profile matching previous exactly (provide new EE number) requesting them to kindly consider the new profile for the nomination.
If this does not work, reapply for SINP nomination when they open up again and after submission write to them quoting the above communication stating that you had received the nomination attaching the nomination received. GL !
share those communications with CIC (as pdfs) with SINP as well when you make that request. GL, may the force be with you !
how old was your EE profile, you know it expires after one year and you need to create a new one, right ?
that is strange, they are very responsive. check you spam folders, whitelist their email ids.
