Dear All,
After getting ITA and filling up the new forms, I am now in a process to upload documents. I have following question for which help is required:
1) Do I need to Notorise all the documents before scanning and uploading?
2) For Educational documents, I am attaching WES assessment report and my degree certificate. Do I need to attach Mark Sheets/transcripts of each semester?
3) In MyCIC, document uploading page, it is showing "trouble in downloading form?" Which says we need to download form IMM 1017E validate it and upload it. But there is no column/space to upload that form. Where to perform this procedure?
4) Is there any other form we need to attach in MyCIC along with the documents to be attached? If any, please suggest.
5) We have undergone Medical test directly. We have received e-Medical receipt and number. But as I am reading now, do I need to fill up the form IMM1017E and get it signed by the doctor here? It is bit confusing.
6) Where is the instruction guide for this Documents Uploading page? Because after uploading relevant documents, I think directly payment page will be opened.
Kindly suggest/guide.
