Almost 7 months left in 2016 and there is a load of planning that needs to be done before 2017 kicks in.

My landing plan is to fly to Saskatoon sometime between April and July 2017.

Anyone from IT industry is heading to Saskatoon or Regina next year?

If I got PR by dec then I am also planning to go in same time to Regina.

Yes it is likely PR visa to arrive sometime between Dec 2016 and Feb 2017, assuming the CIC application process starts on July onward and depending on how fast the application will be processed.

Since I am OID applicant. It may take some more time to get PR.
But I planned to move within 2 months after getting my PR

I am from IT industry - already created EE profile with 425 point last year!

However still waiting. I recently came to know about the SINP program but unfortunately the cap has reached.

Could you please let me know if i can wait to resubmit the application this year or i can try only in 2017 again

You can definitely resubmit this year. They should re-open EE soon, maybe in three months according to last year's experience

You should wait till november as in that month OINP is going to accept and as you have more than 400 most likely to get selected.
