SINP Nominated applying for Permanent Resident Visa

Hi all
i have revived my SINP nomination letter in march 2011 and was wondering if i could switch job in a different province.. m still in the process of applying my PR in New Delhi. If its possible will it cause any delay in processing my PR???

BY LOA u mean the SINP nomination letter ??? if yes 4 mounths..
