SINP - NOC and education doesn't match

can someone please help in clarifying these queries.

Job/Role: Software QA Analyst/Software tester
Experience: 11 years
Education: Electrical/Electronics Engg.

Q1. What will be the most suitable NOC code? roles and responsibilities from both 2173 and 2283 matches my work experience as I have 12 years of exp.
Q2. NOC 2283 - Will it be an issue if I apply for SINP (or any PNPs) under NOC 2283 with Electrical Engg. degree even with 12 years of exp in NOC 2283.( because this NOC reqrmnt. states that we need to have a degree in computer/IT related streams)
Q3. NOC 2173 - Does this NOC allows engineering graduates from streams other than IT/Computer ?
Q4. When exactly we need to apply for a license for regulated NOCs for SINP?
is it @ the time when we create EOI profile in OASIS ? OR while applying for nomination ? OR after getting an ITA from SINP (last step)?
Q5. Can we claim points of 2 or more degrees for SINP (3 yr diploma+B.tech) like what we have in Federal EE ? Or only for the highest qualification (B.tech)?
Q6. Has anyone ever got nomination from SINP for 2173 in previous year draws? looks like they have never invited NOC 2173.?

you need to join other active groups/threads regarding sinp or other pnp's for your enquiries. People got rejection due to mismatch of their education credential and work experience.

If you want to apply in SINP must be sure that your education and working field must be same.

**Seeking advice**

I have experience in NOC 2281 - Computer Network Technician, Education - Engineering in Information Technology/Computer Science, and MBA in Project Management. ECA only done for Masters, But transcript available for Bachelors. Can I select Masters in education for SINP EOI? If yes, Will this cause an issue if I get an NOI?

PS: I have already initiated process for Bachelor's ECA.

You need to show that your job and NOC is related to your engineering degree. For example, you work in an engineering, construction or manufacturing company and your job is managerial but you use your engineering skills.

Hi , were you able to apply through SINP with Electrical Eng for the 2283? or know if your Qualification is considered for SINP ( I believe you had Computer pregaming subject in some semester) Please reply .

There is not much you can do. SINP rules are clear.

I have Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Masters in Computer Science, and I am working as a Software Engineer for the past 12 years with no breaks. My job responsibilities letter matches with the NOC 21231 - Software Engineer and that part is clear.

SINP has asked me to provide Engineer-in-Training membership from APEGS. Has anyone succeeded getting SINP nomination for NOC code 21231 - Software Engineer but APEGS certification is obtained based on Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineer (Electrical Engineering stream) though you have Masters in Computer Science. APEGS mentions that only Bachelors needs to be provided and not Masters. Does providing just Bachelors and obtaining APEGS certificate not conflict with my NOC 21231 - Software Engineer and is there any chance of SINP rejecting based on this (reason: Education doesn't match with Job).

Does SINP care about the stream from which Engineer-in-Training membership is obtained APEGS? I saw from APEGS certification that there is no stream mentioned in the certification, it just says Engineer-in-Training as opposed to Software Engineer-in-Training / Electrical Engineer-in-Training. So I feel it doesn't make a difference by choosing Electrical Engineering (with using just my Bachelors courses) / Software Engineer (with using both my Masters and Bachelors course). Please advice.
