Hello Good People,
Please help me out in the following regards:
1. I have completed my graduation in Mechanical Engineering and then I completed my MBA. In ECA in got master's equivalency for MBA and Bachelor of Science in Engineering for my graduation. for the last five years I am working for an Oil and Gas company as an Operations Specialist. My total job responsibilities match with NOC-9212 and I am planning to apply in this NOC. I have checked the Website and found that they need education in chemical processing or Science. Now please let me know is this NOC OK for me. Specially my master's degree in MBA so a bit confused if it creates any problem or not?

NOCs are no longer 4 digits but 5 with the new TEER system. If you job responsibilities match your MBA then you are fine. SINP may have an issue with MBA matching the NOC but you will not know until invited.

Hello,
Yes, I know, and the new NOC is 92011.
My Job responsibilities matches with my Graduation degree which is in Mechanical Engineering but not with MBA.
What should I do in this situation?

Not much you can do. Does your SINP score meet current draws for your NOC? Accept, provide documentation and see what happens. Do you have ECA for Mechanical Engineering? If so May want to do that.

I have ECA for Mechanical, My point is good I guess as my brother lives in Saskatoon.
But I can't apply for the NOC which refers to Mechanical Engineering as I don't have experience in that section. The only NOC that matches exactly is the above mentioned one.

Can’t help you. All you can do is accept, apply and see what happens if SINP accepts that your NOC matches your MBA. If you think your SINP score is high enough without MBA, you could just include it under personal history and focus on ECA with degree.
