Can anybody tell when noc 2173 is expecting to open in 2019 for Saskatchewan?

Nobody can tell this. It was in the OID list but got removed after Aug/2018 Invite. Now, whether it comes back or not totally depends on the Saskatchewan govt to decide based on job market.
