Hello.
I am thinking of applying to SINP under NOC 1311. It was mentioned in the saskatchewan website that NOC 1311 is a regulated profession and needs a license.
However when I tried looking for an agency that evaluates my Bachelor's and Master's, this was mentioned:

You must have completed a
minimum two-year diploma
program in accounting which
includes specialized courses
in automated accounting,
taxation, financial and cost
accounting, auditing
intermediate accounting,
managerial accounting and
accounting

I already have an ECA from WES stating my Bachelor's is equivalent of Canadian Bachelor's 4 years and my master's is equivalent is one year PG diploma. Is there anything that I need to do while filling up my application?
What are my chances of getting an SINP ITA at 62?

Did you get any answer for this? Is license required foe 1311?
