I have been informed by my immigration consultant that the cap has been reached for SINP 2017, while Saskatchewan official website shows that it is not reached.

Occupations In-Demand will open soon, wait for it and check hourly. There are many applicants waiting for the same, it may be close in just 1 hour.

The 'maximum number of applications page' is not as informative as it should be. Instead of showing the number of applications remaining, it shows the number 'currently being accepted.' So, whenever any of these categories is closed to new applications, it will show 0 in that column. Based on the maximum number of applications shown for the OID subcategory, there should be 2,500 applications remaining for 2017, as this was only opened with the January 4, 2017 intake for 500 applications.
