Anyone here who have applied for PR through SINP and stuck in their security screening.
Who has applied for Writ of Mandamus.

Seeking advise on how to find a lawyer.

When did they apply and how long have they been waiting for background check?

My background check is stuck from Nov 28, 2023 my AOR is April 4, 2023 so today is two years! My MP did found out that they are doing verification of my military background even if I dint serve is regular army, I did do civilian service. All of this is summited to IRCC and I'm stuck. I'm going on trip and when I return I will see with some lawyer about Mandamus.

Another cheaper option is that I' thinking to submit new fresh dated documents, statement from from military I all ready did get that one, statement from organization where I did my service this one I dint provide before, translation of my civilian book and my letter of explanation. Or to go with lawyer and the court,
much more costly.
