Considering my Masters of Engg with 11 yrs of exp in Mechanical domain, My job duties matches with 2232.
Am I eligible to apply under 2232?

Got delayed with bank certificate.
Should I re upload all the forms for august with current date and sign?
Also can i use last month bank balance certificate and an online bank statement showing no transactions after that?

Madam, what is the problem in Re-uploading the documents, it will take only 1-2 hours. All things will work. But you have to upload latest Bank Statement. Credit some amount in it and take the statement, It will show latest date. Don't be lazy. Always keep in mind, 'आराम हराम है"
Note : It is better to create new Online Account/Login ID to upload latest dated documents

When calculating the min requirement for SINP it came out to 59/100
Profile is:
Education : Masters Degree
Experience:2 yrs ( and continuing)
IELTS= CLB9
Age=25
No close relation with Sask!!

What else I need to do so that I can be eligible for it??

Masters in which Subject? What is your NOC? If your NOC is matching and your Master's related to your applied NOC then you can eligible for SINP after completing 3 years of your work.

Better choose 2171 (if possible). They have 3 type NOCs, 0, A, B. 0213 is 0 type and 2171 is B type. So 2171 is easygoing and for 0213 their expectations are very high. It will not affect your opportunities, after nomination you can work any type of job. For 60 points you have to wait 1 year more ( 2 more points of Job Experience)

Hi i applied to SINP under OID on sept 2015.
I received nomination letter on 23 apr 2015
I submitted all the required documents along with fee to Centralized Intake Office, sydney.

10 days back i got mail from CIC, quoting UCI & Application #.

Is there any one falls under this stage or else advanced stage.

When can i expect letter about Medical and other fee- landing fee.
