Hi seniors!

Questions, will the sinp or cic call the company/supervisor who sign your job reference to verify that they sign the reference letter??
My manager/supervisor/hr dont want to give me refernece letter.. Sad
They will only give me if its for application for permanent resident in their country..
Or is it ok to submit those letter that its for permanent resident of other country?

No update after that..... Any idea how it works and time lag.......

For OID also we need to create profile on https://immigration.saskatchewan.ca , and for EE also, then how do we distinguish between EE and OID, or we can submit to any of them, which is opened by same profile ?
