SINP Job Offer Letter - Employer does not want to help get it

Good evening guys.

I was kinda happy receiving my postgrad work permit. I asked my employer today to register for me to get SINP Job Offer Letter. They mentioned - they need to be audited and release their documentation and financial info.I got permanent fulltime job in B category

I planed to apply in student sub category. Then I looked into International Skilled worker Sub Category (but SINP job offer needed as well). The only sub category that does not require SINP job offer letter in Demand category.

In-Demand category - is it real?

Does anybody have suggestions?

Express entry also doesn't need SINP job approval letter.

Canadian Experience Class for Express entry does not require Labour Market Opinion (especially if you have Post Grad work permit), you can apply without it. But if you get one from you employer you may get more points.

If you have good enough points, surely go for CEC-EE directly thru federal and you don't have to deal with SINP at all. And yes with LMIA, you are guarantee a seat for federal CEC, but with today's economy,
