SINP Job Approval form from a Saskatchewan Employer..

I heard that recent new rules are not for those who are came before 1 May but if you will apply after june 30th , than you have to follow those rules as well.

As for my application, I had filed in Jan 2012. Last week SINP sent me an email asking for more documents since I changed jobs. They need the Record of Employment from my old employers and paystubs from my new employers. At least this tells me that my application has come forward now and should be only sometime before everything goes through smoothly Insha'Allah!!

NO, I did not confirm with SINP.
Did you change your job after applying SINP or before that?
Did you inform them if you change after applying SINP?

I am saying this because I want to know that if i change employer after SINP than what should i do?
Do i need to inform them?
Is there any problem if I dont?

I changed my job after applying for SINP. And yea, as soon as I changed jobs and got the new offer letter, I sent that to SINP right away. 2 weeks after I sent them the new letter, they are requesting the ROE and new paystubs.

When you say "after SINP" do you mean you already got your approval? Or waiting for it still? If waiting, then you need to inform them. If after approval, then you still need to notify SINP so they can issue you a new letter for Work Permit change. I am not a 100% sure of the answer if you don't notify them, but I would do it, just to be on the safe side.

My manager applied for job approval 7 weeks before. he got password and forms but he did not get any approval yet.

Question from those who got approval , that, Did your manager get approval through his own email or through sinp website?
So confused. I think i should apply for sinp without approval so if they ask me about approval than I can tell them that I am waiting because of your own delay.That may be speed up the process.
Any suggestions?

Hi guys... I am working at mcdonald as food cou ter attendant, i know my position is already approved by sinp as my co-workers already got there letters. So my question is can i use the same letter as my co-workers has that? I am so stressed about this thong and dont know what should i do now. Actually we had really noce store manager who knows about all the things but unfortunately she left and my approval letter is applied by our new store manager who really dnt knw anything about this. I got my temporary acknowledgement letter stating they have already applied for my job approval letter but i havent received it. I am waiting from two months. So please tell me what should i do now. Can i just take letter from my co-worker attach with my file nd submitted it or should i wait more. Becoz i dnt knw they need to Approval same position every time crew members ask for letter or what. Pls tell me about this. Thanks

really the employer department is very very slow and rude. most of the time they do not bother to respond any emails or quaries.
i dont no what is the problem with them.
the system is not working ,its totaly flop new system after may 2012.

Everybody just look at my visa office. Why don't you look at my landed date I am already in Saskatchewan and applied in student category.

this letter contains just positions which approved? or it contains the name of a person as well??
