Hello everyone,

I stated in my Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)Schedule A form ( Background /Declaration) that I was denied UK visitors visa in 2014. I now got a message from SINP that I should send a scan copy of UK REFUSAL LETTER to them withing 45 days in other to continue my application process.

Have searched everywhere, I could not find that letter. May be have trashed it since is just a letter to justify the reason why my visitors application was denied.

kindly advice me on how best to reply SINP mail. So that they can continue my application process.

i have a question from Indians ,a consultant told me that the 3 years bachelor degrees from India (whatsoever the degree is) is not acceptable and will not get any point (20 points) for their oid stream for those applicant who provided the bachelor degree and did not have master degree ,because the 3 years Indians degree are equivalent to 2 years Canadian degree for Saskatchewan education evaluating system ,even if the wes recognize the degree as bachelor degree

i want to know if the above statement is true?

I would suggest doing WES evaluation.

Hello house,

i just want to clarify an issue concerning POF. The exchange rate keeps increasing by the day. would my application be rejected if the complete required funds hasnt been in my account for up to 3 months? because i need to add to it and i plan on applying when next SINP opens.
