Hi Seniors,

I got a mai today from SINP for below missing document.

1. Ethical conduct and declaration form
- I did not take any help from any agency to fill my form. Shall i just need to tick "I declare that I have completed my SINP application on my own with no paid/unpaid assistance from anybody/organization and I have not appointed a representative to conduct business on my behalf with the SINP" and sign?

2. Settlement plan
- Found settlement tool at CIC (http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/). Shall i fill it up and send back to SINP?

They asked me to revert back in 46 days. I want to get back my today. Please suggest seniors...

Hello members, please help me with this situation, I am 4 Jan SINP EE applicant, I sent bank statement of my saving account /04 Oct- 04 Jan/ stating total balance required for 4 people. There is shown transaction history but the problem is that money were less than required during Oct4-Nov 11 (1500 USD). Now I received this letter from officer. ''In my review of the funds you have submitted, they do not meet the requirements of what was requested from you on April 28, 2016. You were requested to provide bank statements that show your balances. You have provided a document that shows the debits and credits to your account between October 12, 2015 and April 30, 2016, however, it does not state the balances.

Please submit a clear document that lists transactions in order by date and shows the fluctuations in the balance of your account between October 4, 2015 through January 4, 2016.''
Seniors please help what document should I send, can I send a document for Real estate, or this is not acceptable proof??

Please, don't repeat the same post over and over in multiple threads.

For any savings bank account, the minimum balance at any time cannot be less than required amount within 3 months period. for example:

if you need to show 1000 CAD for JAN 1st application, then

OCT 1200 CAD
NOV 800 CAD
DEC 1500 CAD

Not acceptable.

But,

AUG 500 CAD
SEP 800 CAD
OCT 1200 CAD
NOV 1300 CAD
DEC 1500 CAD

is acceptable.

Real State would not be an acceptable POF. I suggest you to wait for next SINP intake while you keep required CAD balance in your savings account.
