my application is returned by SINP due to missing documents, can I send these documents or I have to wait for the next intake? Please advise

Unfortunately, of all the people that i know that had this concern were asked to wait for another opportunity to re-apply. You will have to re-apply when it opens again. To confirm this, send them an email to ask this same question and hear from the horses. If you check their website extensively, you will confirm what i just said.

You only have 45 days from the date of application return to appeal if you will that your case was improperly assessed based on all the documents submitted and the information that yiu filled while applying.

Hi all,

Today I have received an email in regards to the update of my application by adding my son to it.

It said that

This information has been attached to your application.

But, when I checked the application no change has happened.

What is the problem?

This is probabably in response to a CSE. Is the emails from Question-DoNotReply-NePasRepondre@cic.gc.ca?

I got a similar email, and a week later got my PPR. And I checked my application, and could not see any change based on my CSE either. So cheer up and don't worry.

i applied in sinp in EE on 3rd jan 2016, i got my application status as in process on 12th march 2016
i cannot see my file in tracker. can anybody tell me what is the reason for that n how much time will be taken for the nomination process as i heard that it takes 3 months max under EE to give nominations

Hi, I have submitted Employee Provident Fund and Savings bond as my PoF in my application submitted on 4th Janaury. Today I have checked the status and it changed into 'in process' but they have converted the partial amount of my savings bond. They converted only the bond certificate in first page, they didn't consider the 2nd pages certificate which is same kind of bond with another amount and with same date.

Another point is that, I cannot find my Provident fund documents In the apps. It is missing but I uploaded and attached it before submission and also checked again it was there after submission.

Anyway they uploaded my settelement plan which I mailed them after submitted the application.

I am very much confused on overall situation. should I mail them stating the situation or should I wait till getting their mail.

Please help..

Yes, I received an email on 13th from SINP asking for missing documents and the status change to waiting on the applicant.

They have asked me to provide updated FD Details as it has got matured, Copy of the Settlement Plan, Additional Family Information Details.

I Submitted Today the recent FD Details History, Copy of the Settlement Plan, Additional Family Information Details On Their EMail Id: -immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca

Hello Everybody,

After submitting the missing document, My Status change back from waiting on the applicant to InProcess and simultaneously my fund conversion is done on the same day i.e 14 March 2016. Now just waiting for further process.
