SINP - JANUARY INTAKE 2016 Q&A.

Hi friends and experts ,

I need advice and some suggestions regarding next intake 2016 .

1 ) Can I create my Id and pwd on OASIS portal and start upload my documents ?

Answer : You can create account, but you will not be able to apply now.

2) I think I would not able to submit my application because intake is open yet . Am I correct ?

Answer :The intake just got fulfilled few days ago, the new one will be open ... well lets hope soon

3) Once I will done with uploading documents and as soon as intake will open , I just have to press submit button and I will receive application number.Is nt it ?

Answer : it will take through the steps, and then you will see an application submission form with details.

Hi Experts,

need your precious advice on my below query.

I have successfully submitted my SINP OID application on 3rd jan (got the email says my application submitted successfully).

I understand i have not missed any documents but for the safe side can i email all my documents to their email id with my file number ? (need ur advice) & please see below where i have uploaded my documents in online portal and tell me its the correct way or not.

1) Job Offer/Employment "What should i select here ?" I am applying under Occupation on-demand stream"
2) Points Grid "Completed got 63 Points"
3) Current Residency/Settlement Destination "Completed"
4) Applicant Details "Completed with Information"
5) Ethical Conduct "Uploaded Ethical Conduct Form"
6) Information Discloser
7) Citizenship
08) Birth Documents "Uploaded All Applicants Birth Certificates including my" in individual pdf files
9) Passport "Uploaded All Applicants Passport Individually" in pdf format (After creating passports steps)
10) Marital Status " Uploaded Marriage Certificate"
11) Education "Uploaded WES report, Educational docs (B.TECH, M.TECH, & MBA) with degree and Marksheets" in individual files pdf
12) Work Experience " Uploaded All Experience (Reference Letters, Pay Slips, Offer/Appointment Letter & Promotion letters"

on second screen i have uploaded cic forms, settlement plan, bank certificate, statement and account balance screen shot.

I am also from India and on my Bachelor's and Master's Degree, End Date is Mentioned as Month-YEAR(MAY-2011) Format only i.e Day is not, mentioned.
Q1) What should I fill to complete there Format DD-MM-YYYY.? (SINP ONLINE APPLICATION)
Q2) Also No Start Date is mentioned on DEGREE, what should I write in START Date ? (SINP ONLINE APPLICATION)

You can mention 1st of the month, many people do that.

The start date is when you started study, in my case, its September 2004 (as an example) So i pcik 1st of September 2004.

They received my application in OID stream. But as I dont have my birth certificate translated, i attached it in my native language: portuguese. I will translate it this week(certified, of course). I saw other small mistakes. For instance, i did not uploaded any proof of my work experience and proof of funds.

What is better in those cases of an incomplete application:
1) wait them ask for missing docs first? Or...
2) send by e-mail as soon as can before they ask?

Do you think it is possible they reject immediately my application because of missing documents or they will give me a chance by asking what is missing?

My occupation Mechanical Engineering is a regulated occupation. My application to APEGS is approved. But now they are asking for an annual fee.
I do have their approval letter and I want to apply in the next Saskatchewan intake.

Is it necessary for me to pay the annual fee? Wouldn't the approval from APEGS be enough for applying for Express Entry?
