Good day all,

Please, is the ethical conduct and disclosure form meant to be submitted if you were not assisted to fill your application and not recruited by a Sasakatchenwan employer? These two areas does not apply to a friend of mine who has applied this January,2016. It seems that there is a place on the SINP that says that you must compulsorily submit it. But the questions there does not concern the person. How can he go about this; fill it and send to them to update his file or it is not an issue?

There is no problem with that, you can complete forms now. The date does not matter much.

Could you please help me clarify a few doubts with regard to:
1. Proof Of Funds: I do not have that much amount parked in my account at the moment, If I borrow from my family and get them deposited in my and spouse's account or get FD's made in my/spouse's name or any other deposits, would I only be eligible to apply after 3 months time? What kind of a statement is needed here, is it simple bank statements?

2. Also, my NOC (2175) comes under the skill level A category, is this a valid for SINP?

Would appreciate your inputs on these, many thanks.

1. You will only be able to apply in 3 month after your account meet the minimum requirement. In your case it will happen after getting money from your relatives+3 months.

You must take bank certificate showing your current amount that is on your account + bank statement showing detailed transaction history.

2. Unfortunately, your NOC is not listed in SINP In-Demand Occupation List, so you won't be able to apply. However, try to find if any other NOC which is close to your work experience is in that list.

My occupation is 2132, Mechanical Engineer. This is a regulated occupation. So I got assessment done by APEGS last year.

My question is:
- Where should I enter this information in the OASIS screen? They don't seem to ask this question anywhere.

Yes, I believe you need to print the e-copies, sign, scan and then upload.

Guys, any idea where to enter info about approval of regulated occupation?
This app proposal is necessary if occupation is regulated but there does not appear to be any screen on OASIS where I may give them this info.
