Hello, I got the ADR in which I have proof of intent to live in Saskatchewan after the nomination because my brother lives in Ontario....

"The SINP requires that all nominees in this category intend to live and settle in Saskatchewan before and after nomination.
From the forms provided with your application, you currently have multiple family members living in Ontario. The SINP requires documentation to prove that you intend to settle and live in Saskatchewan.
Please submit any documents that can prove this intent.Note: It is the responsibility of the applicant to prove your intent to live in Saskatchewan. The SINP does not have a list of documents that can prove this intent."
Write a detailed report to SINP and mention u r noc has good opportunities in Saskatchewan and it is your duiety to serve the nominated province, and it is important to mention u r not going to re locate to any other provinces.tryto impress them, use any methods

It is not predictable, 8-12 months is the processing time for SINP
Hi Daris

Processing time you mean " In Process" time or overall time. If it is Overal time then my and friend submitted file on 1 Jan 2018 still in process.

Rather one of our friend she applied on 13 - June 2018 their file in process less than 8 days and her view invoice tab was disappeared for one day only next day that tab came again .

Please explain.

Thanks

See august, October 2017 candidates are waiting for nomination, status same in process.

That means nomination will take time, and in the case of invoice tab. Some candidates case it will disappear in multiple times.

A baby is born in 40 or 41 weeks....this baby has to born soon. Just have patience that it's growing and blooming there as long as miscarriage did not happen....haha...
Jokes apart...mine is same condition ..IP since 12 may...last week ADR and asked for original birth certificates...now waiting again..then after submission will wait...then after nomination will wait very long. Omg.....why did I even applied OID?
Dear Pure Soul
Bro
Thank you for your good and stylish response.

Baby generally takes 41 weeks to birth. That is sure but interms of SINP no time is giving by their Case Managers since Canada is the cold country may be they are lazy or they are trying to make their own babies ( I mean they are just indulging in fCUKs n all) They have no time to see the candidates files rather busy in other things and just keep waiting their candidates and looking towards the sky waiting for the showers.

Anyways thanks Pure Soul.

Hello everyone, I recently got a fulltime offer for Cook position from a restaurant in Regina, SK. However, Cook was not my study in Canada. I studied Interior Decorating but because of my past working experience as Line cook for 2 years, this restaurant agrees to offer me a fulltime position. I'm aiming to apply for SINP - International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer program. Would I be eligible for this?

Hi Daris,

Would you suggest me that wewe shou withdraw our file from Saskatchewan and waiting to open for another province like Quebec and Nova Scotia since they are processing their file on time but Saskatchewan is unnecessarily delaying the things.

Saskatchewan lawyers are really lazy since they have no sense of working I thought Canada is not like that but I found they are really worst as compared to Indian Government departments rather India government much faster than them.

If you dislike the profile then take the decision on that, 9 months has gone only In process is showing. Nothing happened I don't know how they work. If something is happening on your file they would ask you documents request etc .

Is this possible they directly nominated you directly after the in process. Have you got this experience earlier.

Please reply

ho said Quebec is processing files very fast, all provinces are like this, patience is the only key for success, 2013 quebec applicants are waiting for nomination. And they are changing rules every year.

Hi Daris,

Do you know which NOC for the below situation? My NOC 1123--submitted Jan.01, 2018--IP Jun.06--invoice tab disappeared Jul.15--invoice tab re-appear Aug.23 with fund conversion. But still show "IN PROCESS". Feel so worried. Thank you for your kindness!
As per recent email from SINP , they said that we issue nominations based on labour market trends, if there is no vacancies they will hold the application
