Frnds, I have got OID Nomination. Now I am in very critical position. How can I get Police Report for at least 23 yrs. (after 18 yrs. age) from different cities of my home country where I lived. It is very tough. Without this, I can't send the CIC application for P.R. Is there the easy way? Is it must? Please suggest dear. Thanks.

If you are from India and are presently staying in India,you can apply PCC for PSK passport office and they give in general like FBI PCC and CIC accepts it.

Only your latest PCC from your passport office is required.

In PR Application they are providing multiple file upload for PCC. I am also confused for the same point because for my wife she has 2 different address before marriage and after marriage. But I might need only one because of same city but not sure for the same.

I am just preparing documents for SINP, i have couple of queries can anyone please answer those?

1) Do i need to upload IELTS score card now or it will be asked later then only i need to give?
2) PCC- Do i need to upload the PCC now or it will be asked later? and if i get the PCC now then till how many days/months that PCC will be considered valid for SINP?
3) I created OASIS account and i don't see submit button. is this because of application intake is closed as of now?
4) POF- What all i can show against this? and do i need to upload now or later. i am applying for me, my wife and 3y old daughter so as per guidelines doc $18000 something balance i have to show? and how long it should be maintained?

Above questions will help all new comes whoever are waiting for SINP, so i request pls answer these queries in details!! Thanks in advance!

You need to upload IELTS with the application.

POF should be 3 months old at the time of application.

My sister in law got her SINP nomination in OID category today. She applied in Jan 2016 quota. User Network Technician. SINP asked for birth certificate & copy of my brother in laws passport on May 12th.And today received the nomination.

1) Yes IELTS score is required
2) PCC will be required after nomination while submiiting PR application
3) If intake period is not open then at time of submission they will show you message for the same.
4) Yes for 3 people $18K is required but it is better to show little more than that. And they will accept FD,RD andsaving bank account consecutive 3 month period statement.

Hello All PR applicants,

In document uploading section for PR application I have below question,

1) Education - Do we need to upload WES ECA along with our certificates ? I believe we have already provided WES reference number.
2) Digital photo - Will it be OK to upload scanned passport photo ?
3) Proof of Means of Financial Support - Is Bank statement will work or need to take Certificate from Bank ?

4) Legal Name Change Doc. - My wife surname changed after marriage. So will marriage certificate work or need to get any special document ?

Please provide guidance so I can send proper documents.

Previously, I had applied for SINP in Noc 2174(Dec 2015) but at that time my funds were not 3 months older. So it was rejected. Since I have maintained those funds now and when on May 17 SINP express entry has again opened but Now the same Noc 2174 is not there. Instead that Noc 2174 the Noc 2171 is there. In my job experience I am handling 5-6 job duties which comes under Noc 2171.
Now kindly clarify that can I apply under Noc 2171 when SINP express entry will again open. I am looking forward for replies from all of you guys.

Ha ha, You are not alone, your brother Suukie is also here, and an experienced & wise person. I think you don't renew your Passport as per new address, although the office will send your application to your area Police station for verification, and after the positive information they will issue PCC. In PCC, they don't mention address, they write only name and Passport No. In case they do any change in Passport, you can send updated copy to SINP and CIC.
