SINP INTL SKILLED WORKER EE SUB-CATEGORY - FOR JANUARY 2016 APPLICANTS ! ! !

My timeline is:

January 3, 2016 - Submitted my application
January 4, 2016 - Received application
March 2016 (forgot the exact date) - In process
April 9, 2106 - Requested for additional missing docs / Waiting on applicant
April 13, 2016 - Submitted missing docs
April 14, 2016 - Received missing docs / In process
April 20, 2016 - Application Nominated
April 20, 2016 - Accepted the nomination (Cic)
April 22, 2016 - I updated my profile in CIC that I already have a momination from SK

Now, the additional points of 600 is still not added on my profile. Is it really normal that it will take days or weeks to have it updated? Im worried now because I have read a thread that an applicant was waiting for it for a month and since CIC was not able to update her profile, it reached the point that the nomination got expired.

Help please.

Do we need to have all documents during primary Online application/OASIS registration or we can fill that later on??

Also, my current experience letter dated on 28th September 2015, shows three years of experience (however experience till date is mentioned there), but to get 61 points, I need to have 4 years of experience, which I already have now by 2016 but not shown by old experience letter. Do I need to update the experience letter in April 2016 which will clearly indicate 4 years of experience or old one will work for me as well?

Yes I guess. So by the time the streams open, you can submit it quickly before it will reach the quota. You can have some of your docs ready as much as you can except for the POF. Best to have the most updated one. Assuming the stream will reopen by June or July, it is advisable to collect and upload the documents as early as now.

You need to request from your HR/boss to give you a recent LOR and to claim more points.

I have a question on SINP workflow. It is highly possible that it has been discussed earlier, but I would be glad if someone responds back or point me to the response on this forum.

Does the application received go to "In-Process" status and then SINP decide whether the application is ineligible? The reason for ineligibility could be anything from insufficient POF or NOC not matching. In other words, when does SINP decide ineligibility i.e. after App Received or In-Process. IMO, the eligibility of app is decided after its in-process.

I hope that I was able to explain my query correctly.

From the trend, it will go from " application received" to " In process" then can be " Nominated" or " additional documents requested" then after they receive it, it goes back to " In Process" before turning to " Nominated" or " Ineligible".
