Yes you are correct dear
I got SINP nomination on 1/2 Apr, 16.
I am having experience in 2132, 2232 and 6221 NOC profiles.
My EE application dtd. 04th Jan 16, went into process on 18th Jan. Funds conversion dtd. 25th Jan, 16 (they sought revised POF)
They asked me to withdraw either of the EE / OID application (dtd. 23 Sep, 16 which was already in process).
That may be the reason for my early processing of app.
Hope all group members receive nominations within April.

once more - thank you for sharing your timeline in one of the lists.

Wow! Was it that it was not enough or it was not there for the expected 90 days duration?

"90 days" issue. To be accurate - "3 months", not "90 days".

according to the demands of the SINP - I was "missing" approx 1300 CAD to be maintained on the proper accounts within the most recent 3 months before app was submitted (however, the most of the demanded sum - was more than "3 months old"); in a few days after submitting my app (when the request for additional POF docs was sent to me) I increased the amount of funds on my account to meet the provincial demands and I do informed SINP about that. Unfortunately those additional funds were not taken into consideration.

Sorry if this a wrong thread but I need help with few below queries:

- After being nominated and once I get the ITA do I need to get the employer's reference letters again OR do i have to submit the same ones that were uploaded during SINP application?

The reason I ask this is my last employer reference letter is dated Nov 2014 (2 years old), although my role has not changed and I still work for the same company.

Also I've seen responses stating "we need to submit proof of funds as per CIC format" what does this actually mean?
Will uploading FD certificates and bank statements (downloaded online) do?

Thanks,
Prit

i see, they are really very strict with the POF requirement. anyway you can still apply for the next intake and they might expedite your application as u submitted before. (i guess) i am reading such case that they returned their app and resubmit (complete) and got nomination in no time.

hi,
as i have read, after getting ITA, IRRC will be sending you set of documents you need to provide within specific period. the docs may include your employment docs and other supporting docs they want/need and also might include bank statement. they may also ask you to send federal forms.

hi,

i believe the current converson rate is being used by SINP for our POF. it is recommended that you maintain a little bit over (+CAD 500 -1,000 allowance) than required funds since exhange rate usually fluctuates and is unpredictable. it is hard to regret if your funds become short due to currency fluctuations.
