Dear All,

Yesterday my friend got rejection from CIC and the reason given is PCC for Pakistan was not provided.

My friend submitted his application to cic along with SINP nomination just to start the process and he has applied for PCC in the mean time, he was waiting that once CIC needs that they will contact to provide but unfortunately, they have taken decision without informing or without asking.

In this situation, please advise what to do next? What are the options available and can be a best solution to deal this situation?

I am sorry to hear about his rejection

but It was a biggest mistake done by him

PCC and Medical must be submitted along with the application (Express Entry)

In this scenario, even if he raise a CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY then CIC would not re-open his case.

Therefore, follow these steps:

1) Create a new Express Entry profile with all requisites (e.g: Job Bank Registration and all that)

2) Contact SINP with the complete situation and tell them your new Express Entry Profile number, Ask them to transfer the nomination from old account to the new one.

3) After getting nomination transfer to the new account, he would receive 600 additional points.

4) In the very next round of invitation, he will get a new ITA.

The rest (I assume) he already knows.

hello guys

I hv applied for PR online e-App through EE on 19th jan 2016 after getting SINP nomination on 25th dec 2015 & ITA on 6th jan 2016. Then I hv submit the schedule 4 form on 22nd jan. the last status update was on 30th jan 2016 showing medical status passed. And then no update till date.

Is everything all right or how much more time it will take.

Can anyone suggest me what would be the next update after this and related to what?

And the status on more documents needed is provided. What it exactly means?

Do I need to send hard copy of documents and application to CIC in case of SINP through EE sub-category skilled worker.


How would one can know about his visa office ? I mean which visa office is processing my application.

Hi please suggest i submitted my profile in sinp under ee on 5 jan my ielts will expire on 12 july 2017 but my husband's ielts will expire in nov 2016 ..will it create a problm or could it become a reason for rejection

No matter when ur IELTS expires, make sure it was not expired when you applied.

Hi. I am planning to submit to SINP but here is my query?
My Current work: 4 years experince under NOC 1121 (not included in SINP list)
My previous works in last 10 years: 6 years experience under NOC 2131 (included in SINP in demand)
1. If i will apply under 2131 how many will they count towards my application? 6 years or 10? if they will count my 6 years experience only i will not reach target points to qualify.

Hello, I have applied in SINP 2016 intake on January 4th.
After submitting my application, I noticed that the spellings of my name on my birth certificate were wrong. Now I have got it corrected from the issuing department. My question is how should I inform SINP that my document has been updated. Is there a way that I can update a document for a submitted application? Should I send email or just wait and see if they notice or ask about it?
