All,

I am applying for Sinp occupation in demand for knternational skilled worker. My father dont have birth certifictate. I am also claiming a point of close relative in Sask who has birth certifictate.

Now, can I proceed without birth certificte of my father. I will show their marriage certificte and passport to claim point on close relative

If I want to apply SINP, how to know my points under language section because the result is different in 4 papers. For example, CLB 9 Reading 9 Listening 8 Reading and 7 Speaking..

Am I eligiable to obtain 20 points (ie CLB 8) under language (because the overall result is CLB 8 but speaking is 7).

Dear Sir,

I am From Baroda - Gujarat - India ,
I Put my file for SINP - International Skill Worker with Job Offer Latter in last January 2016 & I got my Application Number on 09.03.2016 and after long time in 21st November Embassy call for verification . ( After approx 7-8 Months ) .

And now yet there is no any feedback or any update.

Can any one tell me now what is next ? and yet how many time they take for other process ( if possible give me full description with approx time )

Because i did my IELTS in Jully 2015 and now this year jully 2017 its expired

So what can i do ? give me guideline and suggestion as u all possible.
