Awaiting a response, senior members please let me know. Thanks
I have the same issue, my company where I worked no longer exists as it got merged with other company. Luckily I had all the documents like payslips, offer letter, exp letter etc. I provided LOE stating the company no longer exists and got merged. Luckily I have an old colleague who still works for the company after merger, he provided me merger document That he received from the company. I attached that to support my LOE.
I just submitted my application, in case SINP raises any ADR I have ex colleague who can provide the same letter and reference and I will get it notarized.
Hope it helps!

Hi
I have 10 years of experience. I was working in the company from Jan 2010 to july 2011 where I was being paid in cash. So I cannot produce any government documents. Is it ok?

Which documents are needed from company?

Thanks

Good luck Neha! Please let us know if you receive any ADR. For now am submitting my companies offer letter, increment letter, form 16A, Form 26AS, email communication related to work and handover formalities, relieving letter and experience letter. The experience letter is not elaborate but will match with NOC. Also the merger news is in public domain since it was a huge conglomerate. Lets see if they need anything else and then I will ask my ex colleague also to provide a letter and notarize the same.

Hello Everyone !!!

I have a cousin sister who is currently living Saskatchewan for the last 2 years. she would like to support my application so I can get 20 points for having a close relative in Saskatchewan.

I have 2 queries
1) she is a cousin from my mother side and my mother past away a long time ago, I have my mother's death certificate will it be enough?

2) there is a spelling difference in my mother's father's name like in my mother's document it's written with alphabet A but in my cousin's documents, her grand parent's name written with alphabet E. will it be an issue? if it is what shall I can do at this moment to solve this issue?

Thanks a lot in advance.

1. This is enough.
2. You need to attach your's and your cousin's passport to show your relationship to your parents and according their proof's if you have your cousin parents birth certificate. Attach a letter of Explanation about the spelling mistakes and if possible try to attach additional documents evidencing the spelling mistakes.

That's where they will find that my NOC is wrong :D

Thanks for your answer

They find work relativity with NOC through your educational credentials and job responsibilities mentioned by your supervisor / company manager in your experience letter and .

Good morning people, pls I'm in a delima.
I got sinp pnp few days ago.
I have ECA for my PhD which I graduated with June last year. I also have seven years working experience as a banker so I claimed 7 years in the EOI and also ECA for PhD which is one year old. I also have an aunt in Sask.

A telegram post ITA group I joined informed me that I have to get ECA for my Bsc and Msc for me to be able to claim 7 years working experience, that my PhD will only give me one year working experience. I want to confirm if this assertion is correct pls.
